Women's Circle

You have the talking stick, we come to listen. An intimate gathering for women to come together to pause, reconnect and share meaningful space with one another. Come and enjoy: A short guided meditation to ground and centre you. An inspiring theme to explore and reflect upon. Conscious conversation and the opportunity to share. Journaling prompts for deeper personal reflection. A gentle ritual to close the circle. With only 6 places available, the circle is intentionally kept small to create a relaxed, personal and supportive experience. Come sit with us. Connect. Reflect. Reconnect with yourself.
