By pairing these postures to open the body's energy channels and using acupuncture to stimulate key points, you'll experience a deeper release in both body and mind. This powerful combination is what we call Yin & Pin. During your session with Village Remedies, you’ll start with a calming Yin Yoga practice to help open your body’s channels. Then, during a blissful 40-minute Shavasana with guided meditation 🧘‍♂️, you’ll receive acupuncture on specific points to enhance relaxation and support your body’s natural healing processes. ✨ Acupuncture will target areas to: • Calm the mind and nervous system 🧠 • Improve digestion 🌱 • Open the airways and support breathing 🌬️ • Relax the chest and promote deeper breaths ❤️ To top it off, we’ll sprinkle in a surprise touch—whether it’s soothing aroma sprays, cork massage rolling, or a touch of sound healing 🎶.
