Your Transport, Your Choices is a free community information session designed to help you explore the different ways you can stay active, connected and independent. Whether you’re considering reducing your reliance on driving, looking for alternative ways to get around, or simply want to know what support is available, come along and discover practical information, services and local options. What to expect On the day you’ll be able to: • hear from guest speakers and a panel discussion • explore community transport and other travel options • learn about rebates, concessions and financial wellbeing • meet local organisations and service providers at information stalls • discover practical supports that can help you maintain your independence and quality of life. The event takes a broader look at staying independent too. Planning discussions include information relating to healthy ageing, falls prevention and dementia alongside transport options, rather than focusing only on driving. Who will be there?
