Who it is for Anyone who wants a calmer hour without needing dance skill. Beginners are welcome. You do not need a partner, special clothes, or prior meditation practice. If you can walk into the room, you can take part. What the hour is like The session starts with simple standing and breathing so the group arrives in the same space. Then comes unhurried, guided movement — slow weight shifts, easy rhythm, and natural dancing rather than performance. The pace stays low so the body can release tension instead of working harder. The last part of the hour is quieter: the movement winds down into stillness and rest so the relaxation can land.
