Designed for all ages and levels that combines the coolest moves with the latest jams, creating the ultimate dance party vibe! The music plays the entire time, there is no talking and its pure joy. For anyone who wants to feel good and provides a non-judgmental, supportive environment where you can DANCE, SWEAT and LIVE your best life.
