It's a form of movement meditation that focuses on being present and moving according to your body's needs. We create a dance club culture connecting community to a clean dancefloor deep in the music through freestyle movement. 💫 So then, what is free-form dance? Free-form dance means that you can move however you please, there's no right or wrong. The dance floor is a space for you to explore movement and be carried and moved by the music. It's an opportunity to listen deeply to your body, flow with your emotions, connect with others without the need for words and experience the natural euphoria as we become elevated through movement.
