Transformational breathwork

I will be joined by my beautiful friend and spiritual healer Crystal to help you guys to move through trauma and to help with release.. A very beautiful and powerful experience. Only 6 spaces available.. book now to secure your spot😊💚 This style of breathing can be physically and emotionally intense.
