Time Capsule– A reflective session for Carers 10:00am-12:00pm Wednesday 16th September Wellways Carer Gateway Carer Hub Townsville- 86 Thuringowa Drive, Kirwan. Take a moment to reflect on your journey, celebrate achievements and think about your hopes for the future. There is no right or wrong way to do this activity, it is simply a reflection for you and an opportunity to provide messages to your future self. Whether you're looking for a quiet moment of reflection or simply the chance to connect with other carers you will feel welcomed. Please bring along a special item that means something to you or something you want your future self to remember. All other materials are provided. Open to all registered Carers. If you're not yet registered with Carer Gateway, you can still reserve a spot and one of our friendly Hub Navigators will follow up with you. *Carer Gateway is a national support service funded by the Australian Government. It provides free services for anyone caring for a family member or friend who has a disability, mental health condition, chronic health condition, terminal illness, or is frail aged.
