Get active, feel stronger and connect with your local community at The Village, Menangle with our FREE 10-week Bootcamp! Led by Tessa Elise PT and proudly supported by Mirvac, this 10-week program offers free outdoor fitness sessions designed to get you moving, build your fitness and have some fun along the way. Whether you’re looking to kick-start your fitness routine, stay active or simply enjoy exercising with others in the community, this program is a great way to get involved. Every Monday, 6pm at the Old School Site, Menangle. Participants must complete a Adult Pre-Exercise Screening Form prior to starting program.
