By settling mindfulness in the body, relaxing and finding ease, we can learn to rest in samadhi – beautiful states of unification of the bodyheartmind. Clear, open, balanced, grounded. The deeper we go the lighter it gets. All the clutter of the mind, the chasing of shadows, the clinging to a separate sense of self can drop away. What shows itself? Awakening is possible in this very body. As well as sitting and walking meditation there will be somatic and subtle body practices which support unwinding and releasing deeply held tension and habit patterns.
