Strong Men Society - September's Monthly Men's Gathering

A monthly gathering for men and young men seeking brotherhood, clarity, confidence, and purpose! A monthly gathering for men and young men seeking brotherhood, clarity, confidence, and purpose. These monthly gatherings are for men and young men who want to step out of the noise of daily life and return to centre. Led by Clinton Proud, counsellor, breathwork facilitator, public speaker, youth and group mentor, former Detective Senior Constable, husband and father of three young men, these mornings provide a steady and practical space for men to slow down, ground themselves, and reconnect with what matters. Each gathering is intentionally different. Sessions draw on breathwork, meditation, personal development, guided reflection, and honest discussion. The focus is simple and powerful: regulate the nervous system, sharpen clarity of mind, and strengthen self awareness so men can show up more present and effective in their work, relationships, and leadership. This is not a place to be fixed or put under a spotlight. There is no pressure to speak beyond what feels right. What is shared remains in the room. At its core, Strong Men Society is about brotherhood. Men standing shoulder to shoulder. Gaining perspective. Strengthening confidence. Reconnecting with purpose. When men gather with honesty and integrity, burdens feel lighter and direction becomes clearer. After the formal session, those who wish can continue the connection over coffee at a nearby café. An informal space to build relationships over time. Open to men at any stage of life who are seeking steadiness, connection, belonging, and the courage to raise the standard of the modern man.
