Energy & Sound Reset

Imagine giving yourself one hour… One hour where there are no expectations. No rushing. No pressure to have everything figured out. Just time to breathe, relax and reconnect with yourself. That’s exactly why we’ve created the Energy & Sound Reset. Through gentle guided relaxation, energy work and sound, this hour is simply an invitation to slow down and leave feeling calmer, lighter and more grounded than when you arrived. If life has felt busy, heavy or emotionally full lately, perhaps this is the pause you’ve been needing. Your Facilitators Join Lee-Anne and Sharlene for an evening dedicated to relaxation, reconnection and simply being. Together, we create a warm, welcoming and supportive space where you can step away from the demands of everyday life and give yourself permission to rest. There’s nothing you need to achieve, nothing you need to work through and nowhere else you need to be. Just come as you are.
