Purpose by Amal Mat Pilates Launch!

You’re invited to my very first Purpose by Amal launch event! A morning of Mat Pilates, connection and celebrating a new beginning 🤍 Join me on Saturday 7 November at Conifer Lawn, Wollongong Botanic Garden, for a morning of movement surrounded by greenery. After four years of teaching Reformer Pilates, I’m so excited to bring people together through my own Mat Pilates events. Having you there for the very first one would mean so much!
