Join our friendly Gardening Group to enjoy nature, learn practical gardening skills, and connect with other women Take a break from the busy pace of life and reconnect with nature in our Gardening Group at Macarthur Women's Health Centre. This relaxed and hands-on group provides women with the opportunity to learn basic gardening skills, care for plants, grow seasonal flowers and vegetables, and enjoy the many benefits of spending time outdoors. Together we'll nurture our garden while building friendships, sharing knowledge, improving wellbeing, and enjoying the calming effects of being in nature. Come along, get your hands in the soil, and watch your confidence and wellbeing grow. 🌻
