Helensburgh Women's Circle - More Than Small Talk

A relaxed women’s circle for meaningful conversations, genuine connection and a little time to pause, reflect and reconnect with yourself. More than small talk. A little time for you. When was the last time you had an evening just for you? Time to slow down, connect with other women and have the kind of conversations that go a little deeper than the usual catch-up. Life gets busy. Between work, family, responsibilities and everything else, it's easy to go for weeks without making real space for ourselves or the kinds of connections that leave us feeling great. Our Circle is an invitation to pause, connect and enjoy an evening in good company. Come along for a relaxed, welcoming women's circle where you can be yourself, share as much or as little as you like, and enjoy meaningful conversations with women who are also looking for connection and a place to land safely together. There'll be space for laughter, honest conversations, different perspectives and those little moments when you hear someone else's experience and suddenly see something in a new light. We'll reflect on what's happening in our own lives, and leave with a little more clarity, a fresh perspective or something small to take into the week ahead. There's no pressure to have it all figured out, no expectation to share anything you're not comfortable with, and no need to be at a particular stage of life. Just come as you are. Creating this space together We want everyone to feel welcome, respected and comfortable being themselves. We'll agree on some simple commitments at the beginning of the evening, including respecting confidentiality, listening without judgement, making room for every woman's voice and respecting each other's boundaries. You are always free to share as much or as little as feels right for you. We're all here to contribute to a space where women can feel heard, supported and included. A little about why we gather There is something powerful about women coming together. Sometimes we need a fresh perspective. Sometimes we need to feel understood. Sometimes we just need a few hours away from the everyday, surrounded by good people. Whatever brings you, we hope you leave feeling a little lighter, more connected and reminded that you don't have to navigate everything on your own. Bring yourself. We'll put the kettle on.
