Honey After Dark A celebration of local honey, unique cocktails and delicious local food. Join Bee Inspired and Cin Cin Wine Bar Kiama for an evening devoted to all things honey. We’re pairing three courses of fine food with a hands-on cocktail masterclass led by Tom Opie, one of Australia’s Top 25 Bartenders. Tom will show you how to make your own fermented honey cocktail from scratch, then you’ll sip the results. Between courses, put your bee knowledge to the test with honey bee trivia. Everyone goes in the draw for a lucky door prize. Whether you’re a cocktail lover, a foodie, or simply curious about the honey from your own backyard, this is a night to savour.
