Honour your transition to motherhood, connect and grow your postpartum village. Whether this is your first baby or not... You're welcome here. For pregnant women (3rd trimester) and mums with babies in arms (up to six months). The session includes: • Grounding practice • Sharing circle • Connection and co-regulation • Tea and light snacks Mums and birthing parents, including gender diverse/non-binary parenting folk welcome.
