Designed as a gentle counterpart to our active somatic practices, The Art of Sacred Pause invites you to slow down, drop into stillness, and be heard. Each session features a grounding guided meditation followed by a warm, facilitated sharing circle. Here, you are invited to share what you’re moving through, integrate your emotional experiences, or simply sit back, sip herbal tea, and soak in the presence of community. No active movement required - just bring your favorite journal, comfortable layers, and an open heart. All levels welcome. Led by Marjorie.
