Here's what you can expect from this class: 👉 A functional approach to the physical practice, cultivating a balance of strength, flexibility and mobility as we flow, with the awareness that all bodies are different (I don't expect you to jam yourself into a pretzel, unless you really want to!) Together with... 👉 A sprinkle of meditation, breathing and yoga philosophy to learn more about this ancient self-realisation practice Dealing with an injury or something I should know about?
