Yin Yoga with Isabelle

Poses are held for up to 5 minutes. We aim to create a gentle, stretching sensation without muscle activation. Where available, we use props to support our body. This allows us to reach the deeper connective tissues while also practicing stillness, meditation, conscious breathing and mindful observation. The long holds create an opportunity to soften and to tune into the body and the mind. You might discover greater ease, presence, and a sense of coming home to yourself. 🧘🏻‍♀️ No experience required – all levels are welcome. Come as you are! 📆  Weekly class on Wednesdays from 20h to 21h. 📍 Location in 1210 Sint-Joost-ten-Node, near Madou – the address will be sent upon registration.🗣️ Language: English.👥  Small group in a cosy atmosphere. 👕 Wear comfortable clothes and bring a sweater to stay warm. Yoga mats are available, no need to bring one.🪙 We operate a flexible ‘pay what you can’ system and recommend a contribution of between €10 and €15. You can pay this after the class in cash or via QR code. The proceeds are used to cover costs such as utilities, insurance and the purchase of yoga equipment. Is this beyond your means?
