Regulate and Respond Workshop (lunch included!)

Learn practical, evidence-based techniques to regulate your body's stress response so you can make daily choices aligned to your priorities. Are you ready to step into the driver's seat of your own life? In the midst of everyday busyness, it's easy to feel like life is something that is happening to you rather than sometime you're actively directing. When we find ourselves in a mode of constant reaction - faced with multiple, competing demands - it is often difficult to choose our actions wisely and in alignment to our values. In this in-person workshop, we'll explore, practical evidenced-based techniques for regulating your body's stress response so you can make wise choices about how to spend your precious time and energy. A hearty, homey vegetarian lunch is included in the ticket price. This workshop is co-facilitated by Ewa Litke and Valerie Jennings. Ewa is a certified yoga and mindfulness teacher. Valerie is a certified mindfulness teacher and health & wellness coach. If you're ready to live with more intention and ease, this workshop is a great place to start. Hope to see you there!
