Sound Bath + Yin Yoga

The heart of this experience is an immersive sound bath — a chance to lie back, close your eyes and let waves of soothing sound wash over you. Using resonant instruments and layered tones, the session creates a space where you can slow your breathing, quiet the mind and simply listen. There’s nothing to achieve and nowhere to be. Before the sound bath, we’ll ease the body into a state of relaxation with a gentle Yin Yoga practice. Through slow movements and longer-held poses, we’ll release physical tension and prepare the body to fully settle into the sound experience. Then, get comfortable, let go and allow the sounds to take over. Whether you’re completely new to sound baths or already love the feeling of being immersed in sound, this is an invitation to pause, reset and reconnect with yourself. Wear something comfortable, bring your curiosity and leave the rest at the door.
