Primal Play Gent - Sacred Healing Arts

A moving, wordless meditation and playground for connection: breath, sound, movement and playful encounters. Clothes stay on. Primal Play: a gateway to your wild essence Do you long to step outside of patterns, roles and expectations and discover a new, playful way of meeting yourself and others? Primal Play is a moving, wordless meditation and a relational playground. Together we create a brave, held space where freedom, connection and change can arise naturally. Here the body leads. Stories and masks can step back, so your raw, alive essence gets room: playful, untamed and full of life. This isn't always easy or comfortable. We hold the space with care and invite you to meet your edges and discover new ways of being with yourself and others. What we do Primal Play is a non-verbal exchange of breath, sound, movement and touch, including: - Embodiment and free movement - Playful encounters and playfight - Authentic contact beyond words - Gentle touch and conscious cuddling - Stillness, meditation and awareness - Exploring the nervous system through play: using your legs to create distance and safety (flight) and your arms to shape boundaries and trust (fight) Everything is an invitation. You decide how far you go. What you can experience • Space to let go of old patterns and try new ways of connecting • Being wild and free while staying attuned to yourself and others • Embodied tools for boundaries, consent and honest contact in daily life • The joy of being fully present and alive in your body Level Challenging but playful (intermediate). Everyone can join, no experience needed. Curiosity is enough. Practical Wear comfortable clothes you can move in. Clothes stay on: this is a non-sexual event without nudity. Singles, couples, beginners and experienced explorers are all welcome. People of all genders and identities are welcome; we work with masculine and feminine polarities as energetic qualities, not biological categories.
