Relationship Lab, Month 3: Intimacy in Touch

A monthly workshop for couples: conscious communication, emotional safety and closeness, with exercises done only with your own partner. The Relationship Lab A fresh, radically honest level of connection with yourself and your partner. Facilitated by Veronique Van den Bossche and Robert Kosse. In daily life, inner defense mechanisms, stress and past hurts often create silent disconnection between partners. We react from pain, speak harshly or pull away, only to regret it later. The Relationship Lab is a monthly sanctuary for couples to slow down, step away from daily distractions and rediscover each other on emotional, physical and spiritual levels. Through conscious bodywork, reflective exercises and guided dialogue, you learn to navigate triggers, build emotional safety and turn your partnership into a space of mutual growth. The 4-month journey Each monthly edition focuses on one dimension of conscious partnership. You can join any single workshop as a standalone date-night experience or take the full 4-month journey. • Month 1, Fundamentals of a Thriving Connection: trust, respect, commitment and emotional safety. • Month 2, Beyond Arguments, The Power of Words: active listening, expressing needs without blame and dissolving conflict without losing connection. • Month 3, Intimacy in Touch: communicating boundaries and desires and conscious, non-sexual touch practices with your own partner. • Month 4, Dreams Unlocked, Reality Reshaped: supporting each other's personal growth and aligning on a shared vision for the future. What to expect in each 1.5-hour session • Introduction and intention setting • Short, accessible insights into relationship dynamics • Guided partner exercises (touch, communication, reflective dialogue), done strictly with your own partner • A gentle closing and integration Important information Who it is for: couples (new or long-term) and close friends who want to deepen emotional safety, intimacy and conscious connection. Who it is not for: anyone looking for casual or dating encounters, couples in severe crisis or considering separation, or anyone unwilling to respect consent and personal boundaries. Safety and boundaries: this is a non-sexual event without nudity. You practise only with your own partner, at your own pace.
