Há 25 anos nascia a regulação do FIDC aqui no Brasil. De um punhado de estruturas pioneiras, o FIDC virou um dos principais motores do crédito privado no país. A Vertrau acredita que a data merecia mais do que um painel de slides. Merecia uma festa. Então marcamos uma. O FIDC in Fest! é uma noite no rooftop do Cubo Itaú com as pessoas que fizeram esses 25 anos acontecer. Sem palco, sem crachá de palestrante, sem mesa redonda: só conversa boa entre quem discute cedente, lastro e cota subordinada antes do café da manhã.
