A cozy in-person storytime presented by ArKive in collaboration with Shoot for Peace. ArKive Foundation Presents: Storytime – Chapter Love Gather for storytime centered on love. Storytime: Chapter LoveAn evening of art, conversation, and stories exploring the many ways we experience love. What has love taught you? What has it asked of you? And how has it changed over time? Join ArKive Foundation on November 12, 2026, at 918 Bathurst in Toronto for Storytime: Chapter Love - an evening that brings people together through music, poetry, knowledge, and lived experience. Love takes many forms. It can be romantic, familial, platonic, or a relationship we build with ourselves. It can bring belonging and joy, while also asking us to navigate uncertainty, loss, forgiveness, and change. This chapter makes room for those complexities, asking questions such as can love survive betrayal? How can love survive after death? How do race and culture shape the way we love? And what does a full life of love look like without romantic partnership? What to expect: • Artistic performances that bring the evening’s theme to life. • An expert spotlight offering insight into how we understand and experience love. • A panel conversation exploring personal stories, honest reflections, and different perspectives from everyday people. • Opportunities to reflect and connect, with invitations to share your own experiences and contribute to ArKive’s growing archive. Expect a warm, soulful atmosphere and thoughtful conversations that feel like sitting with friends, even if you arrive knowing no one. Come with a partner, bring a friend, or join us on your own. You’re welcome to share, or simply listen. About Storytime Storytime is ArKive Foundation’s live storytelling and preservation series.
