Autumn Reset | The Resonade Hour - Breathwork + Soundbath

You’ll be guided into relaxation while immersed in the soothing sounds and vibrations of singing bowls, gong, chimes, rainstick, ocean drum and other therapeutic instruments. No meditation experience is needed. Simply arrive, get comfortable, close your eyes, and allow yourself to receive. What to Expect We’ll begin with gentle grounding and guided relaxation before moving into an immersive sound journey. This experience is created to support deep relaxation, stress release, mental quiet and a greater sense of balance and calm. Whether you’ve experienced a sound bath before or this is your first one, you’re welcome exactly as you are. The Autumn Reset Autumn reminds us that letting go is part of making space for what comes next. Consider this your invitation to pause before the busyness of the season takes over—to disconnect from your phone, your to-do list and everything demanding your attention. One hour. Nothing to accomplish. Nowhere else to be. Just rest. What to Bring Please bring a yoga mat, blanket and water bottle. You may also bring a pillow, eye mask or anything else that will help you lie comfortably for the session. About Your Facilitator Your session will be led by Tanvi Sharma, Founder of Resonade, a Certified Sound Healer, Reiki Master and Akashic Tarot Reader. Through Resonade, Tanvi creates intentional sound experiences for private clients, groups, communities and corporate wellness programs across the GTA.
