Bondage and Boundaries

Dive into the world of practicing embodied boundaries and consent with ROPE. Explore desires and limits, play safe, and connect! Bondage and Boundaries Join us in person for an exciting "play"shop all about exploring the sensations of shabari (rope play) while embodying your boundaries. Whether you're curious or experienced, this is a playful space to connect and have fun, while learning about rope and your body's desires. Come ready to discover new skills and share good vibes! This will be a paired practice so come with someone you are comfortable with or with an open mind to meeting new fabulous humans. This is not a sit and learn, you will be active in the room and connecting with the whole commmunity. Structure: *Introduction of facilitators and our mission *Guided community connection and embodied guidelines for the event. *Opening converstation with Wheel of Consent and emodied practice sessions with rope to experience each quadrant. (Give vs. Recieve and Allow vs.Take).. You can chose to stay with who you signed up with or to rotate around the room. *We will then deep dive into a chest harness, from the lense of the wheel of consent. Each participant will have an opportunity to be guided through both tying and being tied. *We will close the day with community time to ask questions and connect in a warm engaging way. Some snacks will be provided during this part of the event. All participants will go home with rope to continue practicing!! To bring: *Water (none available on site) *yoga mat or blanket to site on, *backjack or bolster if needed.(small pillows provided) *relaxing, comfortable clothes, layers ideally *notebook and pen ************ For this event unaccompanied males are not welcome. (you are absolutely welcome to bring a friend). Not all Bondaries and Bondage events will have this rule, if you would like to be added to the waitlist of the next event please reach out.
