An Attachment Styles Night for Women in Vaughan. A guided night exploring how anxious, avoidant, and secure patterns show up in our friendships, families, and dating lives. Date & Time: November 5, 2026 at 7:00 PM Venue: The Soul's Life Topic: Why Do I Do That in Relationships? Making new friends in your 20s and 30s can be challenging as life shifts and schedules fill up. Girls Gotta Gather was created to provide a welcoming space for women seeking deeper conversation, meaningful community, and a low-pressure environment even if attending alone. This thoughtfully facilitated workshop-meets-wellness-social offers guided reflection, grounding, and connection filled activities, all centered around a new monthly personal or relational wellness theme. Participants receive Girls Gotta Heal goodies, opportunties to connect with new women through connection based activities curated to the monthly theme, a journaling worksheet booklet, and a special Local Love item from a local business to take home. Spaces are intentionally limited to foster thoughtful connection. Facilitated by Carm Pileggi RP(Qualifying). Please note this is a community wellness event and not psychotherapy or group therapy.
