Reclaim your peace. Escape to Albion Hills for restorative, low pressure nature journey focused on deep rest, shared laughter, & resilience. In a world that constantly demands our time and energy, what does it mean to truly rest? And as the daylight decreases, how are we finding ways to rest? Join us at Albion Hills Conservation Area for a restorative outdoor experience dedicated to slowing down, shedding burnout, and reclaiming joy and belonging in the outdoors. This hike isn't just about your crushing step goals or climbing to the top of the hills—it’s about deep rest and collective resilience. We’ll meander through the serene forests while pausing along the way for guided grounding exercises. Come as you are, leave feeling rooted and restored. What to Bring: Sturdy footwear, weather-appropriate layers, a water bottle, and a blanket or mat for our outdoor resting circle. Health and Wellness Disclaimer: Our community hikes offer a safe, grounding environment to rest, move, and reconnect with nature. Please note that this walk is a general wellness and recreational activity led by a trauma-informed facilitator. It is not clinical psychotherapy, mental health treatment, or medical advice, nor is it designed to diagnose or treat trauma, PTSD, or clinical conditions. While nature walks are a complementary practice for holistic health, this does not replace professional medical or mental health care. Participants are responsible for their own well-being during the outing. If you are looking for culturally responsive mental health care resources, please reach out to your group facilitator, as we are happy to share trusted community resources with you.
