Sound Bath Journey

A restorative evening of immersive sound, deep rest, and nervous system regulation. Sound Bath Journey Step away from the noise of everyday life and settle into an evening of deep rest, stillness, and restoration. A sound bath is an immersive meditation where soothing vibrations from Himalayan singing bowls, crystal bowls, chimes, and other resonant instruments gently wash over the body. As you rest comfortably, these rich tones create a calming soundscape designed to support relaxation, quiet the mind, and encourage nervous system regulation. This experience invites you to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and create space for renewal—whether you're feeling overwhelmed, seeking a moment of peace, or simply curious about sound healing. No prior meditation experience is needed. Simply come as you are and allow yourself to receive. What to Expect Your evening includes: • A welcoming introduction to the practice of sound bathing • A guided grounding meditation to help you settle into the space • Approximately 60 minutes of immersive sound healing using Himalayan singing bowls, crystal bowls, chimes, gong, and other therapeutic instruments • Time to gently transition back before returning to your evening Participants will rest comfortably on yoga mats with blankets and pillows throughout the session.
