Faith & Fitness

Something happens when women gather with God at the centre. Add Pilates, meaningful conversations and matcha or iced coffee. You in? Join Royal Daughters Toronto for Faith & Fitness, an afternoon of Pilates, faith and fellowship. Enjoy an instructor-led Pilates class, plus teaching and interactive workshops that make space for journaling, honest conversations and reflecting on God’s Word. We’re making room for meaningful connections, so come with your girls or come on your own—you’ll have plenty of opportunities to get to know someone new. And of course, we’ve got goodies, prizes and your favourite iced drinks to make the afternoon even sweeter. Take some time for yourself, make room for God and meet women you can grow with. We’d love to see you there!
