Women's Circle

Through meaningful conversation, reflection, embodiment practices, and intentional connection, we'll create space to slow down, be seen, share openly, and explore the themes that are alive in our lives. Each circle will have its own unique theme and may include practices such as guided meditation, journaling, breathwork, movement, reflection, sharing, and other gentle embodiment practices. There is no pressure to share anything you don't want to. You are welcome exactly as you are. Whether you're looking to connect with new women, deepen your relationship with yourself, explore a particular area of your life, or simply spend an evening in intentional community, you are welcome here. 🌿 Women’s circles are currently being held outdoors in Brampton and Orangeville throughout the summer. Bring a blanket or something comfortable to sit on, water, and anything else that will help you feel cozy and comfortable. Come as you are. Leave feeling a little more connected. 💛 Space is limited to keep each circle intimate.
