Settle into a calm, cozy atmosphere as you float comfortably on the water during this immersive Floating Sound Bath experience. Experience deep relaxation in a completely different way with a Floating Sound Bath by Lazy Day Wellness. Settle onto your own comfortable floating board, supported above the warm water as you’re surrounded by the soothing sounds and vibrations of crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes and other therapeutic instruments. Guided by experienced practitioners, the experience begins with gentle breathwork and guided relaxation before transitioning into an immersive sound journey. As you float, the movement of the water combined with sound creates a uniquely calming, almost weightless experience. You’ll be comfortably supported on your board with pillows and blankets, so you can float without getting wet. No previous meditation or sound bath experience is needed. Come as you are, get comfortable and give yourself permission to slow down. Float. Find stillness. Find your flow. Before You Arrive • Please arrive 15 minutes early to allow time for check-in and getting settled. • Wear comfortable clothing. A swimsuit is not required—you’ll relax on top of the floating board and are not expected to get wet. • Everything you need is provided, including your floating board and comfort items; however, we encourage bringing pillows, blankets and other items that will help you get comfy. • Phones should be silenced before the experience begins to help maintain a peaceful environment. • Waivers must be completed before participating. Completing yours in advance will make check-in quicker. • Please let our team know before the session if you have mobility concerns or would like extra assistance getting on or off your board. • No experience is necessary. There’s nothing you need to know or do beforehand—simply arrive and allow yourself to relax. Cancellation Policy We understand that plans can change and want your experience to feel peaceful from the moment you reserve. Cancellations received at least 48 hours before your scheduled session are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the experience will receive a credit that may be applied toward a future session. Credits are transferable and are subject to availability when rebooking.
