Learn how to make pillowy ricotta gnocchi with us! Our Workshop series offers a perfect blend of education and entertainment. Every session includes a welcome drink, an Italian antipasto, and dessert. Gnocchi Learn the secrets of making light and fluffy ricotta gnocchi in this interactive class. Guests will make their own gnocchi dough under expert guidance, and watch a demonstration on how to prepare the final dish. In addition to the ricotta gnocchi recipe, participants will also discover a recipe featuring potato gnocchi and various sauce options for endless culinary creativity.
