Red Tent Circle

A sacred women’s circle for connection, embodiment & belonging. Be seen, held, supported and reconnect with the Queen within. 🌹 RED TENT CIRCLE Connection. Embodiment. Belonging. 🌹 INTENTION A sacred space to be seen, loved and held. Red Tent is an invitation to slow down, come home to your body, and experience the power of being witnessed and supported by other women. You don't have to have the answers. You don't have to be the strong one. You don't have to do it all alone. Come exactly as you are. ✨ WHAT TO EXPECT Our evening will unfold as a gentle journey through connection, embodiment and receiving. 🌿 Grounding & intention setting — Arrive in your body, breathe, and connect with what you need. 💃 Movement & dance — Release, express and let your body lead. No choreography or experience needed. 👁️ Eye gazing & witnessing — Explore what within you wants to be seen and practice truly seeing another. 🤍 Holding circle — An opportunity to ask for what you need and experience being supported. This may include optional touch, such as a hug or hand on the shoulder, always with clear consent. 🔥 Release & ritual — Let go of something you no longer wish to carry. 👑 Reclaiming the Queen Within — Dance, celebrate and reconnect with your strength, wisdom and inner knowing. We'll close the evening together, carrying the reminder that we belong and we don't have to do life alone. 🌹 WHAT TO BRING • Comfortable clothing you can move in • Water bottle • A mug for tea • Yoga cushion (as we will be sitting on the floor) • Journal, if you'd like to write • An open heart and curiosity 🤍 OUR AGREEMENTS • What is shared in the circle stays in the circle. • We listen without judgment or trying to fix. • Everyone has the right to pass. • We speak from our own experience. • Personal boundaries are respected. • All physical touch is optional and requires clear consent. • You are encouraged to honour your own needs throughout the evening. Everything is an invitation. You are always in choice. 💕 WHAT WOMEN ARE SAYING "It was one of the bst women's circles I've ever been to" "Loved it, just what my soul needed.
