Try something new! Enhance your routine! It’s so relaxing and good for the soul. Let the sound and vibrations of Tibetan singing bowls and gongs wash over you as you lie in stillness and let your body and mind rest. Bring a friend or come alone. The website will walk you through purchasing online tickets or contact me to reserve a spot and bring cash. Space is limited, so don’t wait! I can’t wait to see you. Recommended to bring: -yoga mat to lie on -blanket and pillow to be cozy -anything that will make you comfortable on the floor. There are also comfortable chairs if you prefer to sit, or you can bring a zero gravity lawn chair. -water bottle . . ***HOT TIP: Come early to enjoy one of Tribal Connection’s legendary grilled cheese sandwiches or their delicious soup of the day!***
