Held beneath the energy of the Harvest Moon, this sound journey is an invitation to slow down, reconnect with yourself and honour the transition into a new season. We’ll begin with a gentle grounding meditation and intention setting before settling into an immersive sound journey featuring crystal singing bowls, gong, chimes and other vibrational instruments. This evening is about harvesting what has grown, releasing what you no longer need, and creating space for what comes next. No previous experience is needed.
