You'll sample new make spirit, toast marshmallows to explore the influence of oak ageing, and enjoy a small bite alongside each aged whisky. Along the way, discover how Fettercairn’s unique copper cooling ring helps create its tropical fruit character, and hear the story of a distillery founded in 1824 and now making its Canadian debut. THE TASTING LINEUP • Fettercairn 12 Year Old — American white oak ex-bourbon casks; vanilla, pear, soft spice, nectarine and tropical fruit. • Fettercairn 16 Year Old — American oak maturation; grilled pineapple, vanilla and baking spice. • Fettercairn 22 Year Old — First-fill American ex-bourbon casks; banana, citrus, plum, fig and gingerbread. • Fettercairn 18 Year Old — Scottish Oak — A limited annual release with a Scottish oak finish; sugared almonds, passion fruit, guava and cacao.
