Most women's events in Edmonton are built for women in leadership, women in business, and women in executive positions. Elevate is different. This is the room for the woman with boots on the ground. You do not need to be in management to belong here. What happens in the room Each Elevate session brings a speaker on something practical. Mindset. Finances. HR situations. Career progression. Not motivational fluff. The kind of topic you can use on Monday morning. After the speaker, the room opens up. This is the part that makes Elevate different. Not a venting circle. I worked from the shop floor to management to senior management to a company partnership. I have been underestimated, harassed, and told I do not belong. I stayed. I built a career. And for 20+ years I looked for a room like this and never found it. When I started talking to other women, I realized it was not just tradeswomen who needed it. So I built Elevate for all of us.
