Nov 7 - CACAO • CEREMONY • ECSTATIC DANCE

✨ OPEN YOUR HEART. MOVE YOUR BODY. SET YOUR SPIRIT FREE. ✨ Join Kim Wilkinson for a beautiful 2-hour Cacao Ceremony & Ecstatic Dance experience — an evening to slow down, connect within, release what you’ve been carrying, and reconnect with the joy that lives in your body. We begin by creating a sacred and intentional space, sharing ceremonial cacao as a heart-opening ritual. Through guided meditation, intention setting and connection, we’ll gently turn inward and listen to what our hearts are asking for. Then… we move. 💃✨ You’ll be invited into an ecstatic dance journey where there are no steps to learn and no right or wrong way to move. Simply allow the music to guide you. Shake it out.Breathe it out.Dance it out.Let your body speak. This is a space to release, express, connect and celebrate — without judgment, without expectations, and without needing to perform for anyone. 🌿 Your 2-hour experience includes:• Sacred ceremonial cacao• Guided opening meditation & intention setting• Heart-opening ceremony• Ecstatic dance journey• Breath, movement & energetic release• Connection and grounding• Closing integration & reflection Come exactly as you are. You don’t need to know how to dance. You don’t need to be experienced in ceremony. You simply need to be willing to open, feel, move and receive.
