Meet Your Hosts Elenor joined the #ooicrew in June 2025, and before long, her love affair with oysters began in earnest. She’s the Baroness of Bivalves around here, and she’ll be shucking your oysters and keeping the shells coming! Ashley is Ocean Odyssey’s Swiss Army knife — she’s the wheelman, the chef, and our resident graphic designer. She’ll be bringing the same creativity and attention to detail that make our in-store chalkboards shine to the artistic side of the evening.
