A yin and restorative yoga session infused with Reiki energy (warm). You’re invited to step into the fire room and let the world soften around you. This is your space to slow down, arrive, and begin again. Kalee and Tessa will gently guide you on a journey through meditation, intention setting, yin and restorative yoga, reiki energy, and more — a deeply nourishing experience designed to help you ground into the month ahead and reconnect with yourself. We’ll begin by settling into stillness, allowing the breath and body to land and creating space to set gentle intentions for the weeks to come. From there, we’ll move into long, supported yin and restorative postures, giving the nervous system permission to unwind and the heart to open. As you rest, you’ll receive reiki energy — a subtle, powerful invitation for your body to soften, reset, and remember its natural rhythm.
