Sacred Rest Sessions are a monthly gathering designed to honor seasonal transitions while weaving in different types of rest. Each session blends a bit of teaching, embodied practice, reflection, and time spent together in community. The purpose of the group is to create intentional space for slowing down, reconnecting with ourselves and each other. Sessions run 90 minutes to 2 hours, depending on what’s present within the group. Sessions are led by an MSW therapist, and may be eligible for coverage under extended health benefits - please check with your provider or enquire at [email protected] November’s Sacred Rest session offers mental rest: quieting the noise and making space to notice what you're ready to let go of.
