Season Reset | Sound Bath for Stress

Relax and recalibrate to your inner peace through the healing power of sound bowls. The stress during this season easily overwhelms our system and burns out our physical and emotional bodies much faster than normal. This Season Reset Sound Bath is the perfect counterbalance to realign your mind, body, and heart with peace and ease. A sound bath is an immersive, passive healing experience where you lie comfortably while being bathed in resonate sound waves produced by crystal singing bowls. As you rest within the vibrations, your body is guided back into a state of deep relaxation — slowing down brainwave frequencies, lowering stress, anxiety, and heart rate. This will help quiet a busy mind, promoting restorative sleep and better focus, while also encouraging deep muscular relaxation and ease physical tension. This event is an invitation to slow down and gently recalibrate to the inner peace that's always available to us, creating space for peace, ease, and relief. This is more than relaxation. It's a recalibration of your relationship with the well being that is surrounding you and available to you at all times. What you need: - a blanket to get cozy (yoga mats and pillows available at the venue). - water & tea are available at no additional cost. **PLEASE NOTE** Eventbrite issues with Alberta's new Time zone (ABT) The event will be at 7:30 pm Edmonton Time.
