Late afternoon of music and refreshments, hosted by St. Paul's Halifax Historical Foundation in partnership with DHBC. Hear Ye! Hear Ye! Hear Ye! Plan to attend the Dickens' Soiree on the Grand Parade. Come meet Scrooge and Tiny Tim. Listen to Seasonal Organ Music by Andrew Killawee. Enjoy Victorian Atmosphere and Refreshments. Socialize with friends, new and old. December 10th, 4:00 to 6:00 pm. No charge. At St. Paul’s Church on the Grand Parade, 1749 Argyle St.
