Behind the Business

A live interview series clearing the fog of entrepreneurship. Learn from local founders, then help solve their real challenges. Ever been interested in entrepreneurship, or had a great idea and didn’t know where to go from there? For most people, the path from idea to business feels foggy and out of reach. Behind the Business is here to clear it. Each session puts a local founder in the spotlight to share the real story behind their business: the wins, the failures, the struggles that never make it into the pitch, and the systems and decisions that actually keep things running. It’s an open conversation, not a presentation, guided by questions that get past the polished version. Then the room jumps in. You’ll have the chance to ask the founder anything, and then work alongside them in a live brainstorm on a real challenge their business is facing right now. Founders walk away with fresh ideas from the room. Attendees walk away understanding how a business really runs, and often with new connections to keep the conversation going.
