Compass Distillers Tour and Tasting

Join us for an exclusive, behind-the-scenes distillery tour and taste experience. Compass Distillers is a small craft distillery in Halifax's North End neighbourhood. We are proud of the spirits we create and we want to share that passion and process with you! Our Distillery Tour & Tasting offers you a glimpse into how it's made - from milling, mashing, to fermentation and distillation. Investigate the ingredients we use and how they contribute to the flavours of our craft spirits. Each distillery tour (approximately 35-40 minutes long) is followed by a tasting flight of four spirits of your choice, or a cocktail from our happy hour menu. If you're interested in staying for more, our bar offers some of the best cocktails in Halifax! See for yourself how Compass creates a truly Nova Scotian experience, and be sure to take a bottle home with you! Is Wednesday evening not the right fit for your schedule?
