Corgi Puppy Yoga in Hamilton/Grimsby

Stubby-legged Corgis, easy beginner yoga, and the cure for the Sunday scaries in Hamilton/Grimsby. Mats provided. The Sunday scaries don't stand a chance against a room full of Corgis. Welcome to Corgi Puppy Yoga by Yoga Kawa in Hamilton/Grimsby. This is an hour of beginner-friendly yoga shared with real, live Corgi puppies who have absolutely no interest in your to-do list and every interest in climbing on you. Corgis are famously low to the ground and high on personality. Expect big ears, stubby legs moving at full speed, and a level of enthusiasm that is genuinely hard to argue with. Here's how the hour breaks down: • 35 minutes of easy, beginner-friendly yoga • 20 minutes of connection and cuddle time • 5 minutes of sharing circle Why people keep coming back Puppy yoga in Hamilton does something a regular yoga class cannot. A puppy wanders over, flops against your leg, and your nervous system just... exhales. People show up expecting a cute photo op and leave having had an actual reset. That's the thing nobody warns you about. A note on Corgi puppies Corgis were bred to herd cattle, which means they are confident, curious, and surprisingly bold for a dog that clears about eight inches off the floor. They love people, they love activity, and they will absolutely investigate whatever you are doing on your mat. They are playful without being overwhelming, and their energy tends to match the room in the best possible way. Families and kids Kids ages 5 and up are welcome. Anyone under 18 must attend with a parent or guardian who also participates and helps the child move gently and handle the puppies with care. Mats provided. No experience needed. Just show up, breathe, and let a Corgi do the rest. Event Reference: YK-2026-0573
