Welcome to Corgi Puppy Yoga by Yoga Kawa in Hamilton/Grimsby. This is an hour of beginner-friendly yoga shared with real, live Corgi puppies roaming the mats, doing whatever they please, and generally making it very hard to stay stressed about Monday. Corgis are compact, fluffy, and deeply convinced they are much larger dogs than they actually are. Expect big personalities, little legs, and a surprising amount of enthusiasm packed into each one. Here's how the hour breaks down: • 35 minutes of easy, beginner-friendly yoga • 20 minutes of connection and cuddle time • 5 minutes of sharing circle Why people keep coming back Puppy yoga does something a regular yoga class cannot. A puppy wanders over, flops against your leg, and your nervous system just... exhales. We don't have a mapped URL for Hamilton/Grimsby in our system, but the experience speaks for itself. People leave lighter than they arrived, and they tend to come back. A note on Corgi puppies Corgis are herding dogs by nature, which means they are alert, curious, and surprisingly quick for dogs with such short legs. They are affectionate and social, happy to investigate a yoga mat, climb into a lap, or trot confidently between poses. Their big ears and even bigger personalities make them endlessly entertaining companions for an hour on the mat. Families and kids Kids ages 5 and up are welcome. Anyone under 18 must attend with a parent or guardian who also participates and helps the child move gently and handle the puppies with care. Mats provided. No experience needed. Just show up, breathe, and let the Corgis handle the rest. Event Reference: YK-2026-0574
